Bellawyck means "beautiful witch" and there is no doubt these three witches look and sound beautiful. Beltana, Kittin, Holle, Jennie and Franke are potent with musical magic. Hailing from Missouri, these gals sing an amazingly wide variety of music: Hindu chants, Paganized Southern Gospel, Earth drumming chants, Celtic Ballads and more. Below are the lyrics and chords to a number of the songs they sing, including Beltana's "The Secret" and Jennie's "Pagan Posse", as well as Kittin's version of "Summertime". You'll find the words (and chords) to some of the Hindu chants there as well. Further below you'll find more songs written by Beltana and by Jennie that also became staples of the group.

"Didn't Leave Nobody But The Baby”
(sung by Gillian Welch, Alison Krauss and Emmylou Harris for the movie
“O Brother Where Art Thou?” which is based upon the Pagan classic "The Iliad" by Homer.)
A E A
Go to sleep little baby
A E A
Go to sleep little baby
A
Your momma's gone away and your daddy's gone to stay
E A
Didn't leave nobody but the baby
Go to sleep little baby
Go to sleep little baby
Everybody's gone in the cotton and the corn
Didn't leave nobody but the baby
You're a sweet little baby
You're a sweet little baby
Honey in the rock and the sugar don't stop
Gonna bring a bottle to the baby
Don't you weep pretty baby
Don't you weep pretty baby
She's long gone with the red shoes on
Gonna meet another lovin baby
Go to sleep little baby
Go to sleep little baby
You and me and the devil makes three
Don't need no other lovin baby
Go to sleep little baby
Go to sleep little baby
Come and lay your bones on the alabaster stones
And be my ever lovin baby

“Amazing Grace” (of the Goddess)
The tune was written by Alfred E. Brumley in 1929, and
featured in the movie "O Brother Where Art Thou".
The original words by John Newton, 1772, have been altered
C C7 F
1. Amazing grace how sweet the sound,
C
…it is,
I once was lost but now I am found,
C G C
….now I see
C C7
2.‘Twas grace that first taught my heart to love
F C
and grace my fears relieved
C
How precious did that grace appear
C G C
The hour I first believed
3. Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come
Twas grace that led me safe thus far
and grace will lead me home
4. Amazing Grace how sweet the sound,
…it is.
I once was lost but now I am found,
…now I’m free
5. And when we’ve been there ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun (shining as the sun)
We’ve no less days to sing the Goddess’ praise
Than when we first begun
6. Amazing Grace how sweet the sound,
…it is.
I once was lost but now I am found,
…now I see.

1. I want in, oh, no I don’t
I might stay, oh, no I won’t
I’m feelin’ sexy but now I’m not
A contradiction is what you’ve got
Ch1: I like you, you’re just OK
What does it matter anyway?
You talk me up and now I bend down
Just see me later, and we’ll fool around
2. I got this problem that can’t be solved
For anybody who is involved
Goddess help me, oh, please really try
My head and my heart don’t see eye to eye
Ch2: Oh, yes, baby, no, baby
Let me go, baby
I want you so bad but
Just take it slow, baby
Yes, baby, no, baby,
let me go, baby
I want you so bad, baby
But just take it slow
3. There comes a time in all our lives
We find ourselves unsatisfied
The question is: what do we do?
Take care of me or take care of you? (Ch2, Ch1)

1. You can call me a hippy
‘cause there’s probably a sign
sayin: I’m a “tree-hugger”,
yeah, and that’s just fine
But don’t misunderstand me, no,
No, don’t throw your judgment that far
Just because I’m a Pagan, yeah,
Doesn’t mean I’m not a Rawk Stah
Ch: Yeah, we trash our tent,
Throw our folding chair
Sprinkle fairy dust in your underwear
That’s how we party
Oh, oh, oh, that’s how we party
Oh, that’s how we party
2. Be hard pressed to find the two of us
The fall-out rusty van, yeah, that’s probably us
Bright lights, big stage, they do kick ass
But we don’t really need ‘em
‘Cause we do it in the grass! (Ch)
